Background
Standard and Poor’s are the world’s no.1 credit rating agency, they operate all over the globe with sales operations throughout Europe. They needed a channel to help them educate the market about their Ratings Direct product, and act as a lead-generation tool for their sales team.
Objective
Imano were given a brief to build an interactive tool that could be distributed at shows, as well as available online through their site. They wanted to provide potential clients with a tour of the features and benefits of their product.

Result
Imano opted to build an interactive site tour based on Macromedia Flash, keeping in mind Standard and Poor’s goal of creating something which can act as a sales tool, we decided to create a site walk-through as if it was presented by a real sales person. Using the information gathered from workshops held with the sales team, we highlighted the key benefits of using the site via an audio voice over. The end product was published on to CD, and distributed at major shows and conferences throughout Europe. The tool enables sales teams to concentrate on issues such as pricing and licensing costs, the features and benefits of the product having been highlighted already.
